Accidental Damage Protection for International Locations

RentalGuardian supported Accidental Rental Damage Programs protect property managers and owners against accidental damages to a rental unit during a guest’s stay. If guest-caused accidental damage occurs, claims are submitted by the property manager and processed through the online RentalGuardian claims management system and the cost and coordination of repairs and replacement are handled between the lodging provider and the underwriter-appointed program administrator.
